Terms of Use
Please read these Terms carefully before using Bidspot. By accessing the service you agree to be bound by them.

Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of the Bidspot service — including the web application, WhatsApp integration, and Chrome Browser Connector — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial and paid subscribers.
The Service
Bidspot is an AI-powered procurement assistant. It accepts product search requests, searches online marketplaces on your behalf, and returns ranked product reports. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for business procurement use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
Account & Access
- — You must provide a valid email address to register. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- — You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any linked WhatsApp number.
- — You must not share your account or allow others to use your session.
- — You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organisation.
- — We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscription & Payment
Bidspot is a paid subscription service. Plans are billed monthly. Pricing and limits for each plan are described at usebidspot.com/#plans.
— New accounts receive a free trial with limited requests. Trial limits are displayed in the app.
— Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
— Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by applicable law, we do not issue prorated refunds.
— Unused requests do not roll over between billing periods.
— We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days notice via email.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Bidspot to:
- — Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- — Scrape, resell, or redistribute Bidspot outputs commercially without our written consent.
- — Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary AI models or marketplace adapters.
- — Overload, attack, or interfere with Bidspot systems or third-party marketplaces.
- — Submit false, misleading, or harmful queries intended to manipulate AI outputs.
- — Use the service for any purpose that could harm individuals or organisations.
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension and, unless required by applicable law, no refund.
AI-Generated Content
Bidspot uses AI to search marketplaces and generate procurement reports. You acknowledge:
- — AI-generated reports are informational only. They are not a substitute for professional procurement advice.
- — Product availability, prices, and specs may change after a report is generated. Always verify before purchasing.
- — We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of search results.
- — You are solely responsible for procurement decisions made using Bidspot outputs.
Browser Connector
The Bidspot Browser Connector is an optional Chrome extension that acts as a local proxy for marketplace browsing. By installing it, you agree that:
- — The extension opens background tabs to marketplace URLs only when processing your active search requests.
- — The connector token is stored locally and linked to your account. It can be revoked at any time.
- — You must not share or expose your connector token to third parties.
Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, and AI infrastructure comprising Bidspot is owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of any data you provide as input (search queries, product descriptions). By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to deliver the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidspot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- — Use or inability to use the service
- — Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated reports
- — Procurement decisions made based on Bidspot outputs
- — Interruptions, bugs, or service outages
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we decide to discontinue the service. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Bidspot service operator is established (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at legal@usebidspot.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at usebidspot.com/terms.
